Count down!

It seems that life is all about counting down now!

Having just finished work (a full 8 and a half weeks - and counting) I'm happy to report that I can still in fact still think. I am now counting down to the more important things in life.... the iminent arrival of Squurt's Dad, and of course, Squurt him/herself.

There always seems to be some sort of hiccup (either Squurt - at least daily) or in this case - Squiz's flights. All was going so well, till of course some kind of disruption at Colombo airport that set the perfect connection into a domino effect of chasing planes.... ultimately Squiz's 15 hour trip home has now been increased to around 24 hours and incorporating four countries. Normally 24 hours is not too bad, but when you are 9 months pregnant and you haven't seen spunk for 10 weeks, then an extra 9 hours is reallllly long!

So now I am counting down the hours (but not holding my breath!!!) till Squiz gets here... 10 hours to go!

Then we can start counting down the days till Squurt should come - as far as I am concerned... anytime from 10 hours away will be fine!
