Bits and bobs

Every day Oscar and I make sure we get out of the house and do something- whether it is shopping, coffee, errands... or sometimes something a little more luxurious, like going to the spa for a pedicure and a chat with a good friend. On Wednesday that is exactly what we did. Oscar was great - must have been the relaxing atmosphere, but he chilled out, listened to the flowing water and coped with his lot in life.

As the streets are hot, polluted and uneven, we don't bother with a pram, we just pop the little guy in his baby bjorn and off we go. Squiz usually wears a shirt when we go out - must have been an extra hot day.

Oscar has become a huge fan of the fit ball. Not doing any ab exercises yet, but when he works out his lungs it is amazing that as soon as you bounce on the fit ball he stops. Even if you pretend to be on the fit ball and make the movements he knows that it is not the real thing. This thing is going in the hand luggage for sure!

But who would think that this little man could actually scream? One minute it's all perfect, the next you need a fit ball..... Amazing how getting tired happens all of the sudden....

Squiz and Oscar have fun together and sing songs. Lots of laughing and silly movements and stupid songs entertain the lot of us.
Inevitably there is always time to catch a few zzz's on the couch with your old mate Roo before the next round of round and games.
